Memorandum of Distribution Agreement

Sardar Automobile & Machinery Trading Co. (SAM) and Tadano LTD and SUMITOMO CORPORATION (SC) held a ceremony for Tadano LTD Memorandum of Distributor Agreement of the products of Tadano Cranes, for Iraqi market.

Three parties signed “Memorandum of Distributor Agreement “dated on 4th August 2023, with the authorized persons of each company.

The ceremony was conducted in the presence of Mr. Takashi (Ted) Fukui– Executive Officer, Asia-Pacific Sales Division Tadano Limited and Mr. Hyuga Kenichi – General Manager of Construction and Mining System Devision, Sumitomo Corporation and Mr. Sardar Al-Bebany – Chairman and CEO of Sardar Group.

The Memorandum of Distributor Agreement which was signed among Tadano, SC and SAM will be contributing to rebuild Iraq with Japanese Know-How and sense of customers satisfaction, with which we will keep learning from our Japanese friends to implement better concept of business into Iraqi society.

One of aims of this agreement is to restore the good experience in using Tadano products in the Iraqi market, since the Iraqis carry in their previous memory’s excellent experiences through their use of these cranes in previous years.

The Memorandum of Distributor Agreement will mark the beginning of a fruitful and mutually beneficial partnership among Tadano, SC, and SAM.
